The Opportunity:
We're seeking reliable individuals to join our remote CCTV monitoring team. This is a fully remote position that offers the flexibility of working from home. Whether you're new to the security industry or have experience, we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.

Position Details:

• Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) – Hong Kong-based
• Hours: 30 hours per week (additional hours available based on demand and performance)
• Compensation: HK$85.00 per hour (starting rate)
• Earning Potential: Rates increase with experience, specialized training, and assignment complexity (e.g., higher rates for monitoring banks, casinos, and high-security facilities)
• Training Provided: Comprehensive 2-week training programme

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Remote CCTV Operative, you'll monitor live security camera feeds from various client locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring multiple live CCTV feeds
• Observing and noting any unusual activities
• Writing clear and accurate reports for each shift
• Communicating with on-site personnel and management when needed
• Maintaining logs and documentation
• Following company procedures
• Staying focused during monitoring periods

What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection

• Good concentration and ability to stay focused
• Attention to detail and observational skills
• Good written communication skills for report writing
• Reliability and professionalism
• Legal authorization to work in Hong Kong

Desirable (But Not Required):

• Previous experience in security or CCTV monitoring
• Familiarity with security procedures
