About This Opportunity

Quantas Security is looking for dedicated individuals to join our remote CCTV monitoring team in Sweden. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in meaningful work that makes a real difference, we'd like to hear from you. No prior experience is necessary—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Position Details

Salary: 195 SEK per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours if desired
Location: 100% Remote (work from home anywhere in Sweden)
Training: Full 2-week training program provided
Experience: Not required—we train the right candidates

What You'll Be Doing

• Monitor live CCTV feeds from assigned client locations
• Maintain focus and attention during extended monitoring periods
• Create detailed, accurate logs of activities and incidents
• Work collaboratively with on-site security personnel when needed
• Respond promptly and professionally to any security concerns

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection for continuous monitoring
• The ability to stay focused and attentive for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Legal authorization to work in Sweden
